About the Brand

Fanatik is a mountain bike retailer in Bellingham, WA, known for its expertise and curated selection. As a passionate mountain biker, this was a joy to take on. This shared perspective gave us a deeper understanding of the audience. By refining their ad strategy, building a stronger testing structure, and optimizing creative, we helped Fanatik drive growth with a smarter, more efficient approach to paid media.

Restructuring paid media for efficiency

We consolidated and restructured campaigns across Meta and Google to reduce wasted spend and prioritize high-value audiences. Instead of chasing scale, we focused on smarter allocation by location and interest.

  • Stick to a set budget.

  • Prioritized high-conversion audience segments

  • Reduced wasted impressions on low-value traffic

The result: We reduced spend by 46% while increasing revenue by 54.42%.

Creative testing that scales

We test a range of ad concepts to uncover what resonated most with their customers and drives results. Then we scaled what performed and moved away from what didn’t—producing creative that not only looks polished, but delivers.

Cleaning up analytics for clearer insights

Clean attribution and reporting was one of the first challenges Fanatik came to us with. Their data collection across key channels had been off for nearly a year. We partnered with Fanatik’s in-house developer to fix tracking issues and rebuild reporting, giving the team accurate data they could finally trust and use to guide smarter decisions.

Refreshing the site for conversion and flexibility

Beyond ads, we partnered with Fanatik to refresh their site using a premade theme with custom updates. The goal: improve conversion and make day-to-day updates easier. On product detail pages, we moved the most-interacted content above the fold, broke up long text into digestible headlines, and raised cross-sell modules higher on the page—mirroring how riders often buy multiple products together.
